Anyone who has completed Level I, Level II, Level III, or Certification in Narrative Focused Trauma Care® through the Allender Center is considered part of the NFTC alumni community and is eligible to participate. Our training has gone through an evolution of names, so if you were part of the "Certificate" or "Externship" training programs, this includes you!

Yes. If you start with Connect, you can upgrade to Connect + Grow during our open enrollment windows to access additional learning resources, discounts, and exclusive events.
Enrollment for the NFTC Alumni Membership will be open twice each year:
Spring: April 20 – June 30, 2026
Fall: August 5 – September 15, 2026
These enrollment windows allow our team at the Allender Center to welcome new members well, helping you get oriented and connected as you join the alumni community.
We hope that you'll find immense value in your membership. However, you are free to cancel your membership at any time!
If you are on a monthly plan, you will retain access through the end of your current monthly billing cycle.
If you are on an annual plan, you will retain access through the end of your annual billing period.
Please note that refunds or prorated amounts are not available once a billing cycle has begun.

Current NFTC Directory members are now included in the Connect membership level, with no action required on your part.
You’ll continue to log in through the Allender Center portal to update your directory profile as usual. You’ll also now have access to the Alumni Community Space, where you can connect directly with fellow NFTC alumni.
If you’d like to upgrade to Connect + Grow for additional learning resources, events, and discounts, simply enroll in that plan and our team will take care of updating your billing.

You can create your listing in the NFTC Directory by joining either Connect or Connect + Grow.

Connect + Grow Members receive complimentary admission to the NFTC Alumni Virtual Gathering on August 13, plus year-round access to the alumni community, exclusive resources, discounts, and future alumni events.
You can also purchase a one-time ticket for $49, or choose the $29 need-based scholarship rate if that better fits your circumstances. All proceeds support the NFTC Scholarship Fund.
